Honestly, everything from start to finish went really well and nothing was rushed. 16 homes later, we found the perfect first home and that was due to the fact that Jonathan continually sent me listings even when I was demotivated, and as a result of being on top of all opportunities, we were able to successfully schedule viewings (sometimes even same day) and get the whole deal done within budget all within a span of three weeks. That paired with rebates on home inspection as well as a 100$ Home Depot gift card was the cherry on top and I’d def do my next purchase with him again. Jonathan is the BEST REALTOR out there! I have had so many problems to deal with when I started on the home-buying journey and he has helped me through every step in the way. We went in escrow and fell out of it because of something on seller end. Interest rates were going up in 4 days and my approval was dropping as well, in that period. I usually don’t post reviews unless I’m extremely satisfied with service. When I went onto the real estate market with little knowledge as a first time home buyer , I tried reaching out many realtors. I wasn’t comfortable on the way they talk to me until I met Jonathan. Since from the first meeting, he took notes of my requirement, went into MLS share info of properties, locations based on my budget. He is been patient, never stopped search until I found the one which matches my criteria and budget. I do appreciate his responsiveness, even at late night he makes himself available to explain me situation of market and clarifies my questions and direction where I’m heading towards, never missed an opportunity to visit a property and put my offer in. Even at the peak market time, he never loses his hope to find my desire home. He was in touch base after my closing and checks with me from time to time how I doing which shows his personality.
